How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the App by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email [email protected] to request deletion.

How do I report a post or user?

Tap the three-dot menu on any post or profile and select "Report." Choose the reason and submit. Our team reviews all reports. You can also email [email protected].

How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Can I change my username?

Yes. Go to Settings → Profile → Edit Username. Username changes may be subject to availability and rate limits.

How do I request my data?

Email [email protected] with the subject "Data Export Request" and we'll provide a downloadable copy of your data within 30 days.

Is Aeonis free to use?

Yes, Aeonis is free to download and use. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but the core experience will always be free.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Aeonis. On Android, open the Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Aeonis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.

How do I submit a DMCA takedown notice?

If you believe content on Aeonis infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] containing: (1) your signature, (2) identification of the copyrighted work, (3) identification of the infringing material with enough detail to locate it, (4) your contact information, (5) a good-faith belief statement, and (6) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. What are my privacy rights?

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR, and California residents have rights under the CCPA. Visit our Privacy Policy or email [email protected] to exercise your rights.

How do I block another user?

Go to the user's profile, tap the three-dot menu, and select 'Block.' Blocked users cannot see your content, comment on your posts, or contact you. You can unblock users at any time from Settings → Privacy → Blocked Users.
